PSYCHOLOGY & PERFORMANCE COACHING
As an expert in perfectionism, overthinking, and negative emotions, I can help individuals manage self-doubt, self-criticism, and anxiety. I mainly work with young people to help them manage anxiety around social situations, exams, and sports performances.
With a background in sport and performance psychology, I deliver both individual sessions and group psychology workshops for coaches on how to implement sports psychology techniques into their coaching on topics such as motivation, communication, confidence, team-building, and leadership skills. Need ongoing education? I can develop online sport psychology programs for coaches to follow at their own pace.

PSYCHOLOGY IN EDUCATION
I work with national organisations to deliver psychology in schools, colleges, and university. I teach students how to prepare for exams and manage every day stress. The sessions are catered for the schools needs - I can talk at assemblies, deliver short sessions, or longer workshops.
I work with sports teams and teams within organisations to improve communication, trust, and efficiency. Whether your team needs conflict resolution, more effective communication, or simply to have some fun away from daily tasks, I can help.
YOGA, WELLBEING, AND RETREATS
As a 200-hour trained yoga teacher, I teach yoga for Yogabomb and deliver in schools to students and teachers. My classes are fun, dynamic and challenging. I also offer one-to-ones, handstand and inversions workshops, and one-day retreats.
